Well Brian Lara scored 28 runs off RJ Peterson's over at Johannesburg when West Indies were playing against South Africa in 2003-04. The runs scored in that over were 4,6,6,4,4,4.

Second best was of Shahid Afridi when he scored 27 runs against Harbhajan Singh at Lahore, 2005-06. The over was 6,6,6,6,2,1.
